Description:
The town of Kasserine lies near the Algerian border, in the shadow of Jebel ech Chambi, Tunisia's highest peak. It was the blood that was spilt here over a weekend in January that transformed what had been a regional uprising into a genuinely nationwide movement. Kasserine, au lendemain de la libération des prisonniers une atmosphere de psychose règne sur la ville. Des miliciens appartenant à la Police de Ben Ali garde républicaine sont signalés en ville. La population les accusent d avoir ouvert le feu lors des manisfestions. Une chasse à l homme commence dans les rues de la ville. L armée sécurise le batiment de la Garde Nationale ou sont retranchés 45 policiers. Des centaines de jeunes veulent investir le batiment. L armée calme les esprits.
